
Objective: Extend the Whitewater Center’s brand beyond its location.
Working with the Whitewater Center’s CEO and Marketing Director, I led the development of Stories, previously branded as EXPLORE, a storytelling platform representing the greater active, outdoor lifestyle. Deliverables included written and visual content housed online, in print, and on film. The efforts successfully placed the Whitewater Center’s brand into the conversation of influential media outlets and events such as Outside Magazine, Mountainfilm, Adventure Journal, and more.

Online
Online stories featured thoughts, missions, and individuals from the active, outdoor lifestyle. Stories were released in ‘Editions’ at regular intervals and supplemented by frequent social media content.
Film
Short films were produced featuring more in-depth stories from the active, outdoor lifestyle. These films were distributed online and in film festivals around the world.
A bi-annual print publication with a circulation of 10,000 journals was mailed to season pass holders and distributed on site as well as within targeted, regional retail outlets.
